The College is located in the Illawarra region of New South Wales and offers a Catholic, comprehensive, coeducational learning community for Years 7 to 12. The College offers all students the opportunity to realise their full potential and prepares them for a life of purpose and to make a valuable contribution to their world.

The College was founded on the Marist and Josephite traditions, and we strive to build on the charisms of the Marist Fathers and the Sisters of St Joseph, whose Catholic faith values are central to everything we do. The College motto ‘Live By The Truth’ reminds us all that we must seek the truth; for it is in truth that we find the best in ourselves and the best in others. Holy Spirit College provides a holistic Catholic education. The aim for those who enrol at the College is to embrace our Catholic culture, as well as developing skills, values and attitudes that enhance all their natural gifts.
